When it comes to technical support for students at home, we CAN help you with several things.

  1. We can provide remote guidance/assistance/advice on connecting a borrowed school Chromebook to your working home WiFi network.

  2. We can provide remote guidance/assistance/advice on getting students logged into a borrowed school Chromebook.

  3. We can provide remote guidance/assistance/advice on getting students logged into Clever.

  4. We can provide remote guidance/assistance/advice on getting students logged into other school-utilized websites.

While we want to do everything in our power to help students and enable their success, there are for a variety of reasons, limitations to what we are allowed to do. Here are some things that we CANNOT do:

  1. We cannot visit your home.

  2. We cannot provide repair for your home computer(s).

  3. We cannot install software or change configuration settings on your home computer(s).

  4. We cannot remotely control your home computer(s).

  5. We cannot configure/repair your home WiFi or router.
